This slip is located in a 20 slip community dock. Dock has a large, partially covered swim platform with large crank-down, walk-in steps. On the water, the dock is just a mile or so from Cape Fair Marina with a gorgeous view of Virgin Bluff. Dock dues for 2012 were $196.50 which covers insurance, dock moving (as water levels change), and minor repairs.
